Refund policy not clear for many of the employees of the company
The company client services support is ineffective. Personally, it seems no one is capable to help. confronted with the mistake of one sales person, they hide on they company policy. Advising me to use the contacts online or phone number as I realised, it is a completely waste of time...no one answer. It seems nether the company or the sales person will assume their mistakes.

Very very poor business practices
Very very poor business practices, I have ordered next day delivery and more than 48h later my order is not even dispatched . After reaching the only customer service that available - twitter - I was told that the order will arrive today by 8PM.
So - the money are gone for non existing service, I have no order and I was “grounded” to stay home and wait for nothing.
This last bit is not acceptable, lying to your customers and not delivering the services paid should not be acceptable anywhere.

You lost a customer.

Honestly the worst website
Honestly the worst, don’t order from here you will just lose out, I decided to order from the website thinking it would be okay, I paid for next day delivery just to not receive it and tried getting in touch with customer service and got no where!!!! Save yourself the money and don’t waste your time

Refused to exchange /refund faulty hair trimming…
Tried to return a faulty hair trimming set which developed a fault after one day, the sales manager/TL refused an exchange or a refund and said I should not be using it on my head!!! then gave me their customer service number, When I quoted my consumer rights she just looked blank and shrugged her shoulders. The customer services laughed and just said it up to the store manager try taking it back to another store and see what they say.

Lately a poor shopping experience overall.
I've had so many issues with TK Maxx online shopping that I've lost count.
Yesterday I placed an order for next day delivery but the website wouldn't even allow me to log in to check.
Today I was finally able to look on my account several times it just gave me an error type message. As of having typed this it says order in progress. I contacted customer services but was advised to delete cookies history and they were not able to tell me anything much about my order but offered a refund for next day delivery if it doesn't arrive in time.
It's too much of a mess about and inconvenience online shopping with TK Maxx so it's something I'll be avoiding in future.
I would also not recommend bothering to sign up to the treasure scheme "rewards" because I think it's the worst loyalty programme of all (just competitions) to enter.
If I would have known it's just about entering competitions or even donating to charities that the customer (can't personally choose anyway) I would not have signed up. I'll not be bothering with it as it's not worth it for me and I'll be removing myself from it. TK Maxx please be honest with people about what your loyalty programme actually consists of and try not to mislead.
I've had enough of the shopping experience with TK Maxx for now.

Terrible service- out of my last three…
Terrible service- out of my last three orders two were wrong and one was cancelled after a week of waiting. When I contact customer service there is never anyone available and they don't get back in touch. Don't waste your time, shop elsewhere.

Click and collect in 3 working days..
Click and collect in 3 working days... its 6 working 6 days now and no one know where is my parcel...if you want avoid stress, simply avoid online shopping with Tk Maxx!!!!

Absolutely diabolical service
Absolutely diabolical service ! Paid six ninty nine for next day delivery ordered at one in the afternoon so was eligible for next day.
I'm furious ? totally I will never oder of here again.
Filled in a form for help said sombody will be I touch in 5 days!! I want my Ninety pound back today not in 5 days.
Rude also at the tills ! L

Wandsworth south side shopping center,
TK max Wandsworth south side shopping center,
Poor customer service mostly on the Saturday especially when Jason running the shift.
His customer service skills not great and will leave customers standing for long without helping or asking someone to put the queues down.
I previously visit and needed assistance he was very rude and was telling me not to shout while I just needed help.

Recently made a click and collect…
Recently made a click and collect order, they are aware of issues with tracking details but won’t notify you of this upon purchase, additionally it’s been longer than the advertised “3 working day” period to collect, still no sign of my order. Poor service, will avoid in future.

Do not use website!
100% agree with Dafna and Stef below. If there's a known issue with click and collect recently then the decent thing to do would have been to advise people of this at checkout, preventing disappointment. My order hasn't arrived (with no communication whatsoever from TK Maxx) and this entirely ruined my plans. They can keep the bloody parcel now, if and when it does arrive. The website is awful anyway, you can't search by brand so you have to waste time trawling through hundreds of products in an attempt to find what you're looking for.
